Real Valladolid head into this game having taken 7 points
from their last 3 games and they probably should have made it
9 points with some good chances missed in the goalless draw
last weekend against Osasuna.
This is a tough match for them though as we saw an improved
display from Real Betis in their last game with youngster
Rodri among the scorers in the 3-2 win at Almeria.
Betis have Nabil Fekir back available this weekend too
and they shouldn’t struggle to create opportunities
against a Real Valladolid side that has usually been found wanting
whenever they’ve travelled to the stronger teams this season,
with the recent win at Real Sociedad the only exception.
Betis haven’t looked solid at the back of late though,
so there could be a goal in this for the visitors
but I’d still expect Manuel Pellegrini’s team to win.
