capping a miserable season for a team that really should have
had enoughquality to beat the drop.
While they have performed a bit better in recent matches,
I’m not expecting too much from them here with a potentially
toxic atmosphere at the RCDE
Stadium as their fans react to the pain of relegation.
That will make life a bit simpler for Almeria and despite
their poor away record, I can see them winning this game.
They played quite well last time out but couldn’t find a
breakthrough despite having the better of their clash with
Real Valladolid and against a poor home defence,
they should get more chances here.
Luis Suarez is still suspended and the striker was badly missed
last weekend but joint top scorer El Bilal Toure is fit again and
even if it’s only for an hour or less, having a more natural
finisher leading the line could make all the difference.
